Is there a contract?

Our GMB Management Service has an initial 3 months contract. This gives us the time to help build your presence. After that, we work month-to-month, so there are no contracts or long-term commitments. After the initial 3 months, you may cancel at any time, however, many of our customers have worked with the KLG for years!

How much does the service cost?

We charge €279 per month, per location, for our full-service GMB management solution. We do offer special pricing for those who have more than one location under management. Please contact us for more information.

How much does it cost if I have more than one listing?

We offer a sliding scale discount for more than one location, and up to 50% off depending on volume. We also offer special discounts for those listings that may not need unique posts or other services each week. Get in touch to know more.

Who creates the content and images for posts?

We do! While it is vitally important to display your business accordingly, we have an in-house team of designers and writers who collaborate to create each Post. Of course, we appreciate any insights, images, videos, or promotions you might have, but KLG’s expert team of account managers, designers, and writers can happily deliver without any resources.

We do offer media services for clients looking to have photographs and videos taken on location. Get in touch to learn more.

Do I get to approve or request edits on posts?

Yes, of course. While our service’s goal is to take away administrative burden from you, so you do not have to worry, your account manager will work very closely with you at any given time. Posts can be sent to you for approval before the upcoming month or billing period. We will then make any requested edits from your feedback. Once approved, we will schedule all of your Posts to roll out throughout the month.

The same goes for other areas such as Q&A, customer reviews, and more.

How do you help me get more Google reviews?

We will work closely with you to make it easy for you to ask for Google reviews via text, email, and other methods from your customers and clients. This is the most effective way to get customers to leave five-star reviews on Google. Plus, you don’t have to awkwardly ask in person.
